Claire and Colin’s wedding at The Cow Shed Crail was an absolute treat to film! The couple had a proper DIY boho wedding with many personal touches, reusable décor and laid-back vibes. The bridal party was getting ready on the site. The morning was relaxed and calm, the weather sunny, the venue beautifully dressed by the ladies at Little White Cow and the couple’s team of helpers.
The ceremony was filled with so many joyous and personal moments. Claire and Colin wrote their own vows for the wedding, but couldn’t decide who should say them first. So, they played a game of rock, paper, scissors during the ceremony. Claire won so Colin had to say the vows first.
Eco-friendly boho wedding
I think we could all learn from Claire and Colin how to organize an eco-friendly and sustainable wedding that is also fun and love-filled nuptial. They focused on recyclable and reusable decor. There was open bar and delicious food made by Wild Rover Food, one of the many local hand-picked suppliers hired by the couple.
These two really know how to celebrate! They both gave beautiful and entertaining speeches, enjoyed every minute of the day and danced the night away! Everyone had a great time.
The perfect rustic wedding venue
The Cow Shed Crail is a ‘blank canvas’ venue, unique and atmospheric. The venue is located on the outskirts of Crail in Fife, nearby the stunning beaches and fishing villages with pretty harbours. It’s a family owned place that offers flexibility and freedom you need to throw an awesome DIY wedding. We totally love this rustic vibe!
