Wedding celebration at Culag on the bonnie banks of Scotland
Kimberly and Callum got married in the picturesque setting at the Culag Lochside Guest House on the bonnie banks of Scotland. And it was simply amazing!
Without doubt, the Culag became one of our favourite venues. The main reason for that is because the place has a homely and warm welcoming feel. Let’s not forget about the outstanding landscape. The breathtaking views of Ben and Loch Lomond! Besides, there is jetty as well, lovely courtyard, barbecue house and beautiful lawn ideal for having an outdoor ceremony.
One of our best-loved things to film is bridal preparation. It is a part of the day that starts the whole thing off. And to get ready in the room with magnificent views of the Loch Lomond is just a joy. Later on, when Kim walked down the aisle she looked just gorgeous in her dress!
The outdoor ceremony was personal and sweet. While the couple was away for the photos, the guests were mingling, chatting away and the kids were enjoying the bouncy castle.
When the guests entered the room for a dinner and speeches they couldn’t take their eyes away from stunning decorations and flowers on the tables. Caroline Holmes decorated the room with foliage, deep reds, wooden scones with mason jars of flowers and candles. The room looked stylish and had a rustic and fresh feel. Following the dinner is dancing and partying. Truth to be told, the first dance under the open sky was a treat to capture it!
Definitely, the wedding of Kim and Callum is one of the weddings that are all about smiles, laughter and having a good time. It is always wonderful to film it!
